Rita Benedek

Rita Benedek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Generali since September 2019, Rita has successfully managed IT system developments and process improvements utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies, including the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and various insurance product developments. Prior to this role, Rita spent nearly two decades at Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC, where contributions included HR project management, IT system deployments, and performance management initiatives, culminating in experience as HR Controller and Controller. Rita holds a Master’s degree in Economics from PTE KTK.
