Roberta Allaix

Roberta Allaix is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Group Leadership Training Manager at Generali, where responsibilities include the design and delivery of development initiatives for Group Leaders and People Managers globally. Previous roles at Generali encompass Group Organization Manager, where focus was on implementing organizational models, and Group Audit roles, which involved developing HR strategies and leading audit engagements. Roberta has also contributed to workplace psychological well-being strategies and served as the Group Audit HR&Community Coordinator. In addition to experience at Generali, Roberta was selected as an Ambassador for One Young World and has held marketing and administrative positions at organizations such as Immaginario Scientifico and Vivienne Westwood. Roberta holds a Master’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management from MIB Trieste School of Management and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
