Roberta Vilanova

Roberta Vilanova is the Head of Internal Audit for the Americas and Southern Europe region at Generali, where they manage over 35 auditors and deliver annual audit plans. With 15 years of experience in the insurance market, Roberta has held significant roles in internal controls, external auditing, and internal auditing across global companies. Previously, Roberta worked as a Senior Manager of Internal Audit at MetLife and as an Internal Audit Regional Superintendent at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Roberta holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Master's in Business Administration from Ibmec.
