Sofia Berti has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in Employer Branding, Recruiting & Mobility and as an HR Business Partner at Generali since January 2017. Prior to this role, Sofia completed an internship at Gruppo Vola S.r.l. between September 2015 and December 2016. Academically, Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social and Work Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova, earned with honors, as well as a Master's degree in Social Psychology of Work and Communication, also with honors, from the same institution. Additionally, participation in various international programs, including an exchange program at Boston University Questrom School of Business and an Erasmus program at Universiteit van Tilburg, complements academic achievements. Recently, Sofia completed a part-time MBA in International Business at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business in 2022.
