Vaclav Zychacek is the Regional Head of Internal Audit for International, Central Eastern Europe at Generali. They have a strong background in enabling business transformation and leading complex projects within the financial services sector, particularly in insurance and asset management. Vaclav held various internal audit roles at Generali and Česká pojišťovna from 2010 to 2023. They also contributed to system and process assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and conducted research at CERN during their studies. Vaclav earned a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, and Computing from České vysoké učení technické v Praze.
