Bill Caesar

Bill Caesar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the waste management and recycling industries. Currently serving as President of Generate Upcycle and a Board Member at Sortera Technologies, Inc., Bill Caesar has held various leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer of WCA Waste Corporation and President of WM Recycling and Organic Growth at Waste Management, Inc. Additional roles include Board Member at Agilyx and Principal at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in their career, Bill Caesar served as a Special Assistant at the US State Department and as a Russian Political and Economic Analyst for the Central Intelligence Agency. Bill Caesar holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, an MA in Russian Studies from Georgetown University, and a BA in Russian Studies from Colgate University.
