Lauren Celano is the Founder and CEO of Propel Careers, a recruitment and career development firm established in April 2009, focusing on the life sciences sector. In addition to leading Propel Careers, Lauren serves as a Recruitment Consultant for Generation Bio since April 2019, specializing in various functional areas within life sciences. Lauren has been a lecturer in the Clinical Research Certificate Program at Boston College since 2014, teaching on career development in clinical research. Previously, Lauren co-founded EMERGE Bioscience, which offered career development workshops for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.
