Rosemary Shaker

Rosemary Shaker is a seasoned change management and project implementation professional with over a decade of experience in effectively managing and implementing change to enhance technology adoption. Currently the Head of Adoption and Digital Employee Experience at Generation-e, they lead a team that utilizes Microsoft Modern Workplace tools and Prosci's Change Management Methodology. Rosemary has held various leadership positions at notable organizations, including Verizon Business, La Trobe University, and IBM, gaining extensive expertise in developing and implementing change strategies. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology and are a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
