Nerissa S. is currently the Head Of People & Culture at Generation Life. Prior to this, Nerissa held the position of Head of People & Culture - Australian Project at Copenhagen Offshore Partners. Nerissa is also a Board Member at Sesco Engineering Pty Ltd. Nerissa has experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles at companies such as Bupa, The Global Beauty Group, Tusk Group, Epix Gear, MSD, and Jonathan Wren. Nerissa holds a Master of Human Resource Management from RMIT University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Psychology at Edith Cowan University.
