Desiree Karroll is a National Board Certified Teacher in Literacy. As an elementary teacher for over 30 years, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the field. She was selected to revamp the Next Generation Learning Standards and enjoyed working as an Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University. As a Mentor/Mentee Facilitator, she guided new teachers.
Her quest for learning is evident through obtaining several certifications: Elementary Education, Early Childhood, Administration and Literacy.
