James Quail

James Quail is a Leadership Consultant at Generation Ready, a role they have held since 2018. With a rich background in education, James previously served as a School District Superintendent for the NYC Department of Education from 2003 to 2012, where they significantly contributed to professional development and instructional improvements. James has also worked as a Field Supervisor and Coach within the New York City Department of Education since 2012 and held several other educational roles prior to that. They are dedicated to creating positive learning environments and have earned respect from various community and educational organizations throughout their career. James is pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Education at St. John's University and a Master's degree in Counselor Education at the same institution, while also holding a Professional Diploma in Educational Leadership from Queens College.
