Molly Wang was a classroom as well as a Reading/ELL teacher. From there, she spent the next twenty years in school administration as both a Principal and Assistant Principal. She also organized a “Pipeline for aspiring administrators” program in her school whereby teachers who aspire to becoming administrators were mentored by her.
An Adjunct Professor at Teachers College Columbia University, she also mentors and coaches newly assigned administrators.
