Robert Connot

Robert Connot has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technology. Robert started their career at South Dakota State University as a Student Technology Fellow from August 2014 to May 2016. Robert then worked as a Library Technician at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology from September 2017 to May 2018.

In 2018, Robert joined the University of Michigan as a Web Developer and held the position until June 2021. During their time at the university, they also served as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan - School of Information from September 2020 to December 2020.

In 2021, Robert transitioned to the industry and worked as a Software Developer at Izoox, LLC from June 2021 to September 2021. Robert then joined Generation Tux, where they initially worked as a Software Engineer from September 2021 to October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at Generation Tux, starting from October 2022.

Robert Connot obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from South Dakota State University, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In November 2012, they also obtained a certification in Human Subjects Research from the CITI Program.

Later, Robert pursued a Master of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan, starting in 2019 and completing it in 2021.
