Alice Bentinck is the CEO of Entrepreneurs First and a co-founder of Code First: Girls, where efforts have empowered thousands of young women to learn coding skills. Previously, they served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2009 to 2011 and co-founded Entrepreneur First, where significant startups worth over $10 billion were developed. Alice has also contributed as a board trustee for Generation since 2019, helping to foster career growth for young people. In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, they authored the award-winning book "How to be a Founder." They received an MBE in 2016 for services to business and were honored with the Veuve Clicquot New Generation Award in 2017.
