Andrew Ratcliffe is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various sectors. Notably, Andrew served as CEO of Impetus from April 2016 to September 2020 and held the same position at MQ Mental Health Research in early 2025. Additionally, Andrew worked as Executive Director of Programmes at Guy's and St Thomas' Charity for a brief period and held the Director of Strategy and Development position at the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative from August 2011 to March 2016. Andrew's strategic expertise is demonstrated through previous roles as Senior Adviser for the Office of Tony Blair in Rwanda and as a Senior Policy Adviser for the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit.
