Jack Sluiter

Jack serves as Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions in the South Eastern region at Generational Equity, and works directly with private middle-market business owners in developing and executing exit strategies.

Jack’s focus is connecting sellers with the right buyers, at the right price. He is a commercial real estate broker licensed in North and South Carolina.

Prior to working with Generational Equity, Jack owned a brokerage firm that specialized in the marketing and sale of main street and lower middle-market businesses. During this time Jack earned multiple awards including the 100 Winners Circle Award and the Presidents Club Award for 3 consecutive years.

Jack currently serves on the board of Parkwater Aviation, and has been an active board member for several non-profits including Parkwater Foundation and International Association of Missionary Aviation. Jack and his family worked 17 years in the international non-profit world where Jack served many roles, from mission pilot in South America, to CFO.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering from ITT Technical Institute. He is a licensed commercial pilot, and speaks fluent Spanish.
