Client Experience Manager at Generational Group

Kayla Sparkman joined Generational Group in 2017. Starting her career with the firm as a consultant, Kayla helped develop the client journey and processes in the CRM to help ensure client and buyer engagement.

In 2019, Kayla joined the Generational Group M&A team as a Marketing Specialist where she supported the Marketing and Deal team. Within six months, she was promoted to Senior M&A Marketing Specialist and in this role, she helped develop and manage client marketing campaigns, tradeshows with buyers and buyer marketing and communication plans. She also focused on the support of DealForce, the online buyer portal.

After two years, Kayla joined the Client Experience team to help deliver exceptional client experiences by seeking to understand every client’s expectation and understanding how each client defines success.
