Mark McKearn is a seasoned leader and Vistage Chair who currently facilitates high-performing CEO peer groups and teams. With a military background as a Colonel in the U.S. Army, Mark honed strategic and leadership skills while leading large formations of Soldiers and serving in various officer capacities. After earning a Division I football scholarship, Mark attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, further developing analytical and decision-making abilities. In addition to current roles as a Senior Business Strategist and Executive Coach, Mark has held leadership positions in both the aerospace private sector and military operations, focusing on personal and professional growth.
