Ray Palombi

Ray Palombi is a Senior M&A Advisor based in Northern New Jersey, currently affiliated with Generational Equity, LLC. With extensive experience as a senior manager, executive, entrepreneur, and consultant, Ray has received accolades such as the IBBA's Chairman's Circle Award and the Outstanding Producer Award. Prior to their current role, they served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Harsco Corporation, managing sales strategies for multiple divisions from 1994 to 2004, and worked as a Certified Business Intermediary at Capital Business Solutions from 2013 to 2022. Ray earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Clarion University in 1979.
