Pierrick Roy is a versatile chef with a robust culinary background, currently serving as Chef Exécutif at Generator since 2024 and simultaneously working as an auto-entrepreneur Chef Cuisinier. Previously, Pierrick held the position of Chef-Cuisinier at Spok from 2023 to 2024, and Chef De Cuisine at HOTEL DU PALAIS BOURBON from 2019 to 2021. Pierrick is also pursuing education at Ecole Hôtelière de Paris Lycée Jean Drouant.
