Jason Whiteley, Esq., PMP is a seasoned attorney and combat veteran with extensive experience in private equity and mergers. They served as Private Equity Counsel at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from 2015 to 2017 and later became a Partner at DLA Piper until 2021. Currently, they lead Whiteley Infrastructure Group as President and Chief Executive Officer while holding board positions at Generator Source and ARMENTA. Jason holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, along with a BS in Comparative Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
