Mark Gibson

Mark Gibson is the Managing Director at Focus Strategies Merchant Investments (FSMI), where they lead a family office backed evergreen investment company specializing in mezzanine debt and non-control equity investments. Previously, they held various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Vice President and Relationship Manager focused on Oilfield Services. Mark served on the Dean's Advisory Board and the Young Former Student's Board at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School. They are currently a board member for Farmshelf, Generator Source, and Smokey Mos BBQ, and previously served as Board Treasurer for Austin Pets Alive! Mark earned their Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, with a focus on Business Honors and Finance.
