Joan Bayan has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment. They began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Arabian Centers Employment Services from 2008 to 2011, followed by roles at TechnoMarine as a Performance Management Supervisor and later as a Recruitment Supervisor at Technomarine Enterprises Phils. From 2015 to 2022, Joan served as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer at Conti's Specialty Foods Inc, and they are currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Generika Drugstore. As of 2024, they also hold the position of HR Manager for the Commissary Business Operation at Conti's Specialty Foods Inc.
