Cheri Ryan

Cheri Ryan is a co-founder and lead operations specialist at Cause & Ink Consulting, where they oversee operations and business development efforts. With a background in organizational strategy and leadership, Ryan currently serves as the Director of Consultant Services at Generis and has previously held roles including Operations & Ministry Partnerships Director at New City Church and Executive Assistant at Joseph Brand & Associates. They began their career as an English Second Language teacher in Japan and have extensive experience in human resources, project management, and administrative support, highlighted by their tenure as a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator for the UK Ministry of Defense. Cheri holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing a certificate in Human Resources Management at Northern Virginia Community College.
