Jeffrey Hensley

Jeffrey Hensley, CFRE, serves as the Managing Director at Generis since February 2016, focusing on assisting faith-based organizations in securing funding for their missions and expansions. Hensley is also the Principal Consultant at Low Country Consulting, LLC, offering fundraising advice and coaching to non-profits and educational institutions. Previous roles include Director of Philanthropy at The Internet Society, Managing Director of Development at Hanover Research, and Development Officer at The Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. Hensley's academic background includes teaching positions at Virginia Theological Seminary and Baylor University, along with participation as a Junior Fellow at the Erasmus Institute at the University of Notre Dame. Hensley holds multiple graduate degrees in Theology and Religious Studies from Yale University and a BA in Philosophy, Theology, and Classics from Wheaton College.
