Tom Melzoni

Tom Melzoni has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tom started their career in 1981 as an Executive Pastor at First Baptist Church of Dallas. Tom later served as the Senior Pastor at Central Baptist Church from 1987 to 1990. In 1991, they joined RSI Consulting Services, Inc. as a Consultant, where they worked until 1997. From 1992 to 1999, they held the position of Vice President at RSI Enterprises. In 2001, they joined Generosity Works and assumed various roles, including VP, Vice President/Sr. Generosity Strategist, and CEO. Tom remained with the company until 2015. In the same year, they joined Horizons Stewardship as a Senior Vice President and held the position of Sr. Vice President. Tom also founded the Melzoni Foundation in 1988 and has been the President of the organization since its establishment.

Tom Melzoni attended Wright State University, Southern Seminary, and Columbia from 1971 to 1975. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts, and Ph.D. degrees in Social Studies during this time. Additionally, they also attended the University of Kentucky from 1971 to 1974, focusing on Education.
