Nicole Oubre

Nicole Oubre is the Head of Operations, EMEA, at Generis, where they oversee key operational functions. Previously, they were the Managing Director and Co-Founder of MINTy Education GmbH from 2019 to 2023 and contributed as a Conference Producer. Earlier in their career, Oubre interned with the George C. Marshall Center, focusing on countering transnational organized crime, and worked at the District Attorney's Crime Strategies Unit. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from Louisiana State University and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt.
