Edgar Molina

Edgar Molina is currently the Machine Shop Manager at Generon, where they oversee daily operations and lead a team of machinists to ensure production targets are met. Prior to this role, Edgar served as the Prototype Shop Supervisor at Leupold + Stevens, Inc., where they managed manufacturing execution of product prototypes and contributed to process improvements. Edgar's extensive experience also includes positions as an Engineering Technician and various machining roles, where they developed technical skills and supported research and development initiatives. Edgar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Portland State University.
