Séverine TRICHOT

Séverine Trichot is currently the Responsable Ressources Humaines et Paie at GENES DIFFUSION, overseeing HR and payroll operations for seven companies, managing a team of five, and conducting various HR projects since 2008. Prior to this role, they worked as an Assistante Ressources Humaines at Thomas Cook Group plc from 2002 to 2004 and as a Responsable recrutement at Adecco from 1997 to 2002. Their academic pursuits include a DESS in Techniques de gestion des PME PMI and a Maitrise in Administration Économique et Sociale from the Faculté catholique de Lille.
