Matthew Pendel possesses extensive experience in audit and advisory services, currently serving as the Senior Director of Audit and Advisory Services at Genesco since October 2019, following a progression from Senior Manager to Manager in the same field. Prior to joining Genesco, Matthew Pendel worked at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. for over 13 years, holding positions such as Internal Audit Manager, Senior Internal Auditor, and Staff Internal Auditor. Matthew Pendel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Lindsey Wilson College between 2001 and 2006.
