LeiLei (Rayman) Lu, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Geneseeq Technology Inc., drawing on over two decades of expertise in product development, regulatory affairs, and clinical research within the genomics and diagnostics fields. They have held senior leadership roles at notable organizations such as BGI, Intertek, OrigiMed, and Pillar Biosciences, where they led cross-functional teams in precision medicine initiatives. LeiLei has guided regulatory submissions for novel products, maintained laboratory accreditations, and been deeply committed to operational excellence. Additionally, they contribute as an Adjunct Professor at ChangZhou University while pursuing advanced studies at Tsinghua University and Tongji University.
