Jenna Joffe

Jenna Joffe is a skilled evaluation and monitoring expert with diverse experience across several organizations focused on public health and social services. Joffe began as an M&E Consultant at Freelance from February to May 2016, contributing to projects for the University of Cape Town's Disability Services Unit and Ripple Reading. Subsequent roles include Senior Associate and Associate at Genesis Analytics, Evaluation and Research Consultant at Creative Consulting & Development Works, Senior Evaluation and Research Consultant at Development Works Changemakers, and Programme and M&E Officer at Gender Dynamix, where work centered on the KP REACH project targeting key populations in Southern Africa. Most recently, Joffe served as an M&E Specialist with NACOSA from October 2020 to August 2022. Joffe holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Organizational Psychology, an Honours Bachelor of Social Science, and a Master of Philosophy in Program Evaluation, all earned from the University of Cape Town.
