Tochukwu Egesi is a leader in payments and digital financial services currently serving as the Principal and Head of Payments & Digital Financial Services at Genesis Analytics, where they advise senior policymakers and executives on building interoperable digital payment infrastructure. With extensive experience across over 40 countries, Tochukwu has played a pivotal role in transforming emerging markets into real-time economies through collaborations with various stakeholders, including governments and financial institutions. They are also a PhD candidate in Computer Science, complementing their practical experience with academic rigor. Prior to their current roles, Tochukwu co-founded Innovation Corner and held positions at Mastercard and First City Monument Bank Limited.
