Tom Pugh

Tom Pugh is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in teaching and educational management. Initial roles included classroom teaching at St Michael's CofE Primary School and Rosebank Primary School, where responsibilities encompassed science, religious education, mathematics, and economics. Following this, Tom served as Senior Education Manager at Adam Smith International, overseeing international education programs in various countries. Tom later contributed as Education Specialist at Oxford Policy Management on a significant Lebanese public education initiative. Currently, as Principal of the Human Development Team at Genesis Analytics, Tom leads multiple high-impact education projects funded by organizations such as UNICEF and the World Bank. Tom holds a Master of Education in Educational Policy and has an extensive track record in project management and education transformation across diverse contexts.
