Genesis Building Systems is an industrialized construction (IC) and modular delivery partner built to help owners, operators, developers, and brands bring facilities to market faster, safer, and with greater certainty - from concept support through engineered design, factory production, and field delivery.

Our foundation - and what made Genesis known in the market - is the only TRUE modular carwash system: a purpose-built building that arrives on site as a complete, engineered package. That platform was developed specifically for the harsh wash environment, with integrated building systems and interiors designed to stand up to water, chemistry, and high-use conditions.

Beyond speed and predictability, IC and modular also bring a major advantage that matters on every project: safety. By shifting more work into a controlled, repeatable manufacturing environment, Genesis helps reduce the number of on-site trades stacking, shortens exposure to weather and jobsite hazards, and enables more standardized processes and quality checks - supporting safer outcomes for crews, partners, and end users.

Today, Genesis applies that same “system-built” discipline across broader IC and modular needs, delivering repeatable solutions that reduce coordination risk, compress schedules, and improve predictability - whether you need a full modular building, a hybrid solution that integrates modular components into conventional construction, or a factory-built package that arrives ready to install and commission.

If you’re looking for speed without sacrificing quality, and safety without added complexity, Genesis is your IC and modular partner, built on the only TRUE modular carwash system.
