Oliver Dlugosch

Oliver Dlugosch is an experienced executive with a strong background in product development, marketing, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Genesis Cloud since April 2025, Oliver heads product, marketing, and sales for a European AI cloud platform. As CEO and Senior Advisor for My Vision 30 since 2024, Oliver focuses on strategy consulting, product design, and interim management. Previously, Oliver co-founded ndgit, serving as CEO from 2016 to 2024, contributing significantly to digital banking innovations. Earlier roles included Senior Vice President at CREALOGIX and Fincon Reply GmbH, where Oliver managed product development and marketing for large organizations, and Managing Director at Ray Sono AG, a digital transformation and technology provider. Oliver began the career as a consultant, building a solid foundation with an M.B.A. from the University of Augsburg.
