J.D. Weiman, CF APMP, SA, SGP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Starting in 2010, they worked at Deltek as a Research Analyst, where they collected and analyzed procurement data, prepared presentations, and responded to client requests. In 2015, they joined Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.) as a Business Analyst before transitioning to the role of Proposal Manager, where they developed and edited proposal sections and conducted quality assurance reviews. Since 2018, they have been working at Genesis Consulting Partners, LLC, first as a Proposal Manager and currently as the Director of Business Development and Proposals. In these roles, they have collaborated with program teams and proposal professionals to create compelling and compliant proposal volumes for various sectors. They have extensive experience in writing and editing proposal content and have worked on federal, commercial, and state & local bids.

J.D. Weiman, CF APMP, SA, SGP holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from George Mason University, which was completed between 2015 and 2017. They also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the same university. J.D. Weiman has additional certifications including the Certified SAFe® 5 Government Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in October 2020, the Certified SAFe 4 Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in January 2019, and the Foundation Certification - Association of Proposal Management Professionals (CF APMP) obtained in October 2017 from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
