Vik Verma has extensive experience in executive leadership and board governance across various technology companies. From October 2008 to September 2013, Vik served as President of Strategic Venture Development at Lockheed Martin, after which roles included Executive Chairman at Genesis Digital, LLC since March 2022, Lead Independent Director at Cyara since September 2022, and Advisor to the CEO at Wiliot since October 2021. Vik’s earlier career includes significant positions at Savi Technology, where leadership roles progressively included CEO and Chairman until its acquisition by Lockheed Martin in 2006. Additional board memberships span numerous companies, including SecureAuth Corporation, 8x8, and Cambium Networks. Vik holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
