Scott Bunner

Scott Bunner currently serves as the Director of Research Medical Coding at Genesis Research, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of Real World Data Insights at HealthVerity from September 2022 to March 2023. Scott's extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research includes significant roles at Optum as a Senior Lead Analyst and Data & Research Analytics Consultant from September 2011 to August 2022, as well as consulting management at Thomson Reuters. Scott began a career in advanced analytics at WellPoint and has worked in decision support at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Scott earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
