Chris Roe

Chris Roe has a diverse work experience in the recruiting field. Chris started their career as an Engineering/IT Recruiter at Advance Possis (Entegee) in 1996. Later, they joined AIC as a Lead Technical Recruiter, where they managed a team of recruiters and consistently hired resources for various IT roles. From 2007 to 2009, Chris served as the Director of Recruiting - Central Region at AIC, where they developed a new recruiter program and conducted full-life cycle recruiting. In 2009, they joined Genesis10 as a Delivery Director/Recruiting Manager, responsible for team development and execution of recruiting strategies. Chris then progressed to become the Vice President of MN Recruiting, overseeing the largest branch of Genesis10 and establishing a Recruiter Development Program. Currently, Chris holds the position of Regional Vice President of Recruiting at Genesis10, responsible for recruiting strategy, delivery, and team development in the Midwest Region.
