Jeff Kellar

Jeff Kellar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Information Technology Service Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Service Management Consultant at Genesis10, Jeff focuses on improving CMDB health and operational efficiencies for Northwestern Mutual. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at SMCI, Jeff led ServiceNow Discovery initiatives and managed multi-year CMDB roadmaps, while also providing training and data analysis. Jeff's tenure at Amgen saw significant contributions in software asset management and the implementation of cost transparency products.
