Jon Kaiser

Jonathan Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jonathan started their career at Sparkling Spring Mineral Water Co. in 1992 as an Accounting Manager, where they managed various accounting functions and successfully improved profitability in the retail channel. In 1995, they became a District Manager, overseeing distribution and warehouse operations. Jonathan then moved back to a role as an Accounting Manager to assist with financial reporting and month-end closings. In 2002, they joined Nestle Waters North America, where they helped with the transition of accounting operations. In 2003, they joined Genesis Technologies, Inc. as a Controller and eventually became the VP of Finance & Operations, responsible for overseeing multiple departments and leading a team of managers. Overall, Jonathan has extensive experience in accounting, finance, operations, and team management.

Jonathan Kaiser graduated with a BA degree in Political Science and Business from Wheaton College in 1989. Jonathan later earned an MBA degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 1999.
