Beth Phillips

Beth Phillips, PMP, CSPM, currently serves as a Technical Account Manager for Professional Services at Genetec, managing enterprise accounts in the government and retail sectors since March 2023. Previously, Beth worked at Twilio as a Corporate Security Technology Project Manager, overseeing global physical security projects, including the restructuring of the Genetec system. At Netflix, Beth managed security site projects across the UCAN and LATAM regions, ensuring seamless Genetec integrations. Prior experience includes leading a major citywide migration to Genetec for the City of Charlotte while collaborating with various municipal departments and managing complex risks during significant events. Early career experience includes managing security projects at SAF Technologies, Inc., delivering solutions in commercial, healthcare, and government sectors. Educational qualifications include a CAPM from the Project Management Institute and studies at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
