Derek Schaffer

Derek Schaffer serves as a Technical Training Content Specialist at Genetec since June 2008, where responsibilities include designing courses, instructing, and creating videos for the Mission Control product, as well as delivering training globally on various products across diverse industries. Prior to this role, Derek held multiple positions at Nature Pet Center, Beyond FX, and NSB Group / STS Systems, gaining experience in sales, modeling, and customer support. Derek's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Certificate in Computer Animation from Concordia University, along with a D.E.C. in Pure and Applied Science from John Abbott College.
