Laura Muzzo

Laura Muzzo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, operations, and fitness management. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Team Lead at Genetec since November 2023, Laura's career includes roles such as Project Management & Operations at California Closets and Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Atelier JEM Workshop. Previous roles encompass various positions at Air Canada, New Millennium Iron Corp, and multiple fitness organizations including Sylvan Adams YM-YWHA and Health Systems Group, where Laura held leadership positions. Laura completed a B.ED in Physical Education with a focus on fitness management from McGill University and earned a DEC in Commerce from Vanier College.
