Nancy Potel has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Team Leader for the Delivery Platform at Genetec since March 2012. In this role, Nancy also held positions as a Technical Lead for Access Control and a Technical Support Specialist. Prior to Genetec, Nancy worked at IBM Canada Ltd. as a Senior Technical Specialist from December 2004 to April 2011, and at Webhelp as a Tier 2 Technician in Technical Support from November 2003 to December 2004. Nancy is an alumna of CDI College.
