Simon st-Jacques

Simon St-Jacques has extensive experience in the telecommunications and electronics industry, currently serving as Product Group Manager for Sipelia (VoIP) at Genetec since September 2010, with prior roles as Commercial & Development Manager, Software Development Manager, and R&D Project Manager. Before joining Genetec, Simon held the position of Project Manager and Senior Electronic Hardware Designer at Miranda Technologies from February 2005 to September 2010, and earlier worked at Opal-RT Technologies as an FPGA Team Leader and Electronic Designer. Simon began his career at Miranda Technologies as a Hardware & FPGA Designer. An alumnus of Université de Sherbrooke, Simon holds a Diplôme de microprogramme de 2e cycle in Engineering Management, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering earned in 2001.
