Stefania D'Alessandro

Stefania D'Alessandro has a diverse background in administration and customer service, with experience in various roles across multiple companies. Beginning as a Member Services Representative at Manulife from October 2013 to June 2015, Stefania transitioned to Air Canada Vacations, where responsibilities included Customer Support Coordinator and Reservations Agent from July 2015 to April 2018. Following this, Stefania served as a Purchase Order Administrator at ALDO Group from April 2018 to June 2019. Stefania then worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Joseph Ribkoff Inc. from July 2019 to February 2021 before taking on the role of Sales Administration Specialist at Genetec in February 2021, where Stefania currently contributes.
