Stephane Guay

Stephane Guay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Software Delivery Enablement at Genetec since September 2019, Stephane oversees the Engineering Project Management Office, the User Experience competence center, and the Cyber Security competence center. Prior to this role, Stephane was the Vice President of Engineering for Eastern Canada at Telecon, where responsibilities included overseeing a large workforce dedicated to fiber optic network design for major telecom carriers. Stephane's career also includes significant roles at Ericsson Canada, where various director positions were held, focusing on software solutions, service layer integration, and R&D. Earlier career experience includes aerodynamics engineering roles at Bombardier and CAE. Stephane holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Polytechnique Montréal.
