Steve Serwa

Steve Serwa is an experienced sales professional currently serving as an Account Executive at Genetec since September 2023. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at MBX Systems from March 2020 to June 2023, including Director of Safety and Security and Global Sales Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in the physical security hardware sector. Prior to MBX, Steve worked at BCDVideo, progressing from US & Canada Eastern Region Territory Manager to Director of Sales - USA between June 2013 and March 2020. Steve's career also includes substantial sales roles at Tripp Lite, PC Mall, Ramer Search Consultants, Numed, Inc., King's Medical Group, Snowmass Land Company, and Forsythe Solutions Group. Steve earned a BA in Communications from Illinois College, complemented by education at Oakton College and Maine East High School.
